Skip to number 4 if you already have your tracking number and the package is showing as delivered. 

1. Orders can take up to 2 business days to ship. For example if you order on Friday at 7:00pm then at the very latest your order will ship the following week on Tuesday. However this is unlikely. 

2. If it has been 2 or more business days since you have ordered check your email for a shipping confirmation email. This email may be in your spam/junk folder and contains your tracking number. 

3. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email and it has been more than 2 business days since you have ordered then please contact us at support@customeuropeanplates.com. 

4. If tracking shows your package has been delivered and you do not have it then it is possible it was left around the corner, with a neighbor or with another person in the house. Check all potential delivery locations and with your neighbors. If you cannot locate the package contact us at support@customeuropeanplates.com
